📋 Description

• • As a Senior IT Auditor at Progressive Leasing, you will play a critical role in evaluating and strengthening the organization’s risk management, control, and governance processes through risk-based audit principles, directly supporting the company’s mission to innovate and protect value in the FinTech space.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include participating in and overseeing IT audit engagements, leading risk assessments, developing and executing audit programs using frameworks like COBIT, NIST, and ISO, testing ITGCs and application controls, preparing workpapers, collaborating with business process auditors, and presenting clear audit findings and recommendations to management.
• • You will join a dedicated team of risk and assurance professionals committed to enhancing organizational value, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while promoting a culture of belonging, inclusion, diversity, and equity.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in IT audit methodologies, gain hands-on experience with advanced analytics and AI-driven audit tools, strengthen your ability to translate technical risks into business impact, and grow as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders across a geographically dispersed organization.
