- • Senior IT Engineer role focused on implementing and supporting technology solutions for dental practices as part of Dandy’s mission to modernize the $400B dental industry through technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include remotely executing technical implementations from contract to go-live, configuring and troubleshooting integrations with dental practice management systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, Open Dental, Denticon), managing AWS-hosted virtual machines running ETL pipelines, setting up remote access tools and network configurations, handling support inquiries, and communicating with dental staff and third-party MSPs.
- • You will operate with autonomy reporting directly to senior leadership, improve onboarding processes through automation and workflow optimization, and partner with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to refine the customer experience.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build foundational processes, drive measurable improvements in time-to-live and implementation quality, and potentially grow into a leadership position as the new vertical scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in IT implementation, technical onboarding, or field/remote support roles
- • Hands-on experience with dental practice management systems (PMS) such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, Open Dental, or Denticon
- • Strong working knowledge of remote access tools (TeamViewer, RemotePC, Splashtop, AnyDesk) and network fundamentals
- • Experience managing high-volume workloads (20+ concurrent implementations) while maintaining quality and timeliness
- • Clear, confident communication skills to effectively engage both technical stakeholders (IT directors) and non-technical staff (front desk coordinators)
