• • Senior IT Identity Engineer leading critical transformation of identity environment at EverOps Inc., a premier Embedded Service Provider partnering with global enterprise software companies to solve mission-critical IT challenges.
• • Lead implementation of Okta as central identity platform, automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, build identity infrastructure with Terraform, and enforce GitHub-based GitOps practices for version-controlled, auditable identity changes.
• • Operate within U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center, collaborating with dynamic team to modernize identity architecture, strengthen access controls, and integrate HR-driven identity workflows across cloud and SaaS environments.
• • Architect scalable, zero-touch, identity-first IT platform; mentor peers; establish best practices; drive identity as code; and ensure secure, repeatable identity operations with full traceability and rollback capability.
