- • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact IT initiatives that touch every corner of Perforce’s global infrastructure. From hybrid-cloud migrations to enterprise-wide security overhauls, you will define the vision, build the roadmap, and drive execution while keeping 75 % of the Fortune 100—and our 80-country user base—running smoothly.
- • Translate complex business objectives into crystal-clear project charters, detailed work-breakdown structures, and realistic timelines. You will balance scope, budget, and quality without ever losing sight of customer value, ensuring every sprint, release, and milestone maps directly to strategic KPIs.
- • Lead cross-functional squads that span Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Software Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success. You will orchestrate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, removing blockers before they become risks and keeping distributed teams aligned across time zones.
- • Mentor and up-skill project coordinators and junior PMs, turning lessons learned from each epic into reusable playbooks. Your coaching will raise the bar for Agile maturity across the entire IT organization and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and senior leadership, distilling technical complexity into concise, actionable insights. You will present at quarterly business reviews, defend resource asks, and celebrate wins with data-driven success stories.
- • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks before they derail delivery. Whether it’s a vendor delay, a compliance gap, or a sudden shift in market demand, you will craft contingency plans and negotiate trade-offs without compromising security or performance.
- • Champion IT governance and policy adherence throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure every change request, architecture decision, and release artifact meets SOC 2, ISO 27001, and internal standards while still shipping at DevOps speed.
- • Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables—from initial SOW negotiation through final acceptance testing. You will hold partners accountable to SLAs, track burn rates, and escalate issues before they impact critical path milestones.
- • Drive post-implementation reviews that quantify ROI, capture tribal knowledge, and feed actionable insights back into the portfolio backlog. Your retrospectives will influence tooling choices, process tweaks, and future investment decisions.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—whether it’s SRE practices, FinOps, or emerging AI Ops platforms—and pilot innovations that keep Perforce at the forefront of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient IT operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on IT project management with a demonstrable record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
- • Deep fluency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; able to tailor the right methodology to the problem at hand.
- • Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams (or equivalent) for planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal day-to-day oversight while still aligning to strategic direction.
- • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hybrid-cloud architecture, and software development lifecycles; PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
