📋 Description

• Senior Java Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Java technologies for Newfold Digital, a leading web technology company serving nearly seven million customers globally through brands like Bluehost, HostGator, and Web.com.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing new features for Spring Boot applications, writing clean and maintainable Java code, collaborating with architects and developers on technical solutions, conducting code reviews, performing unit and integration testing, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and staying current with advancements in Java and Spring Boot.
• The team operates within Newfold Digital’s growing engineering organization, contributing to a portfolio of web services brands that support customers’ digital presence needs with personalized support and scalable technology solutions.
• In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in enterprise Java development, gain experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture, improve code quality practices through peer collaboration, and have opportunities to work on global projects with multicultural teams while advancing technical leadership skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Java developer
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot framework and its core components
• Solid understanding of Java SE 8+ features (lambdas, streams, etc.)
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
