📋 Description

• As a Senior Key Account Manager at Bunch Technologies Inc., you will serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all touchpoints while playing a pivotal role in scaling the business and transforming private markets.
• You will lead the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle—from onboarding through growth and upsell—collaborating with Operations, Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, while building deep, trust-based relationships with customers and translating their needs into insights that drive product and operational improvements.
• You will work closely with the Customer Success Team and report directly to the Head of Customer Success, contributing to the refinement and scaling of the Customer Success strategy as the company grows into new markets and expands product capabilities.
• In this role, you will own and optimize key customer metrics including NPS, retention, and NRR, manage escalations, and directly influence customer retention, expansion, and market reputation through exceptional service and strategic account management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success
• Hands-on experience in a private equity or venture capital environment — specifically in fund operations, investor services, or fund administration
• Ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor your approach to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in English
• Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-moving, high-growth environments and adapting quickly to changing priorities
