  • • As a Senior Key Account Manager in the Personal Care segment at Velcro Companies, you will drive sustainable revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with key North American customers, directly contributing to the company’s market leadership and innovation in fastening solutions.
  • • You will manage day-to-day account activities for select Personal Care customers, lead prospecting efforts for new growth opportunities, and own the end-to-end sales pipeline to increase incremental revenue through tactical initiatives and strategic planning.
  • • Collaborating closely with commercial, operational, and technical teams, you will ensure aligned execution of new programs, provide critical voice-of-customer insights to Marketing and Product teams, and help shape current and future product offerings based on deep customer understanding.
  • • You will develop and present detailed sales forecasts, annual projections, and strategic account recommendations to management, while managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional project delivery to meet financial and operational goals.
  • • This remote-based role requires up to 30% travel to strengthen customer relationships, support technical collaborations, and ensure exceptional engagement across key accounts in the Personal Care market.
  • • You will have the opportunity to grow as a strategic leader by influencing company-wide account strategy, mentoring through collaboration, and developing expertise in selling complex technical solutions to OEM and Private Label customers in a high-impact industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • • Minimum 5 years of proven Account Management or Business Development experience in the Personal Care industry, with a track record of driving growth for OEM and/or Private Label customers.
  • • Proven success in selling to technical customers, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • • Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle/Discoverer, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
