  • • Own and expand Quicken Loans’ wholesale lending footprint across the New York market by cultivating, nurturing, and scaling relationships with mortgage brokers, community banks, and credit unions—turning every partner into a long-term revenue engine.
  • • Serve as the single point of accountability for a high-value portfolio of third-party originators; proactively engage via phone, email, video, and in-person appointments to uncover new loan opportunities, deepen wallet-share, and accelerate partner production month over month.
  • • Drive disciplined pipeline management inside Salesforce: log every call, track every lead, forecast revenue, and build action plans that move partners from onboarding to top-tier status—hitting or exceeding quarterly volume and revenue targets.
  • • Become the go-to product evangelist for Quicken Loans’ full suite of wholesale solutions—staying razor-sharp on guidelines, pricing engines, underwriting overlays, and tech enhancements—then translate that expertise into tailored training sessions that empower partners to close more loans, faster.
  • • Deliver white-glove service that differentiates Quicken Loans in a crowded marketplace: resolve loan-level issues within hours, escalate complex scenarios to underwriting and operations teams, and follow up until every partner is confident their borrower experience is best-in-class.
  • • Monitor real-time market intelligence—rate trends, regulatory shifts, competitor moves—and package insights into concise, actionable bulletins that partners can use to sharpen their own value propositions and win more business.
  • • Architect and execute quarterly business plans for each partner: set measurable growth goals, co-market loan products, design incentive campaigns, and review performance metrics to ensure mutual profitability and retention.
  • • Champion new partner onboarding from first handshake to first funded loan: deliver technology walkthroughs, compliance checklists, product primers, and pricing tutorials that shorten ramp-up time and create immediate pull-through volume.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, closing, capital markets, and tech teams to surface partner feedback, influence product roadmaps, and pilot new initiatives that keep Quicken Loans two steps ahead of market demand.
  • • Maintain an unwavering focus on compliance and quality; ensure every partner interaction, loan submission, and marketing piece aligns with federal, state, and agency guidelines—protecting both the partner and Quicken Loans’ reputation.
  • • Track personal KPIs daily—call volume, pipeline value, conversion rates, partner NPS—and iterate relentlessly to raise the bar on performance, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
  • • Represent Quicken Loans at industry conferences, trade shows, and local association events to build brand equity, source new prospects, and reinforce our position as the nation’s premier wholesale lender.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in weekly sales huddles where wins are celebrated and obstacles are solved in real time.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in wholesale or correspondent lending
  • • Demonstrated sales success with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • • Salesforce or equivalent CRM proficiency to manage large, complex pipelines
  • • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • • Strong organizational discipline and accountability for results
