📋 Description

• Senior/Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js) role at Duomo, a Martech platform for personal and spiritual growth rooted in Christian values, where you will build scalable backend systems and grow into a team leadership position.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining AI-powered creative production automation, building solutions for ad management automation in Google Ads and TikTok Ads, and improving and scaling the in-house platform for Meta (Facebook) Ads creation and management.
• Skelar AS is a venture builder that creates international product IT companies using venture capital principles, currently scaling Duomo with a team that has grown 4x in the last year and partnered with Meta, operating from offices in Kyiv and Warsaw with a strong culture of collaboration, continuous development, and high quality standards.
• You will gain hands-on experience in leading backend development, architecting reliable and scalable messaging systems, working with cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-integrated workflows, while developing leadership skills through mentorship, internal education initiatives, and access to external courses.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Node.js
• Experience in a Lead role or strong desire to grow into a technical leadership position
• Experience designing reliable and scalable message processing systems (queues, retry mechanisms, idempotency)
