📋 Description

• Senior / Lead Fullstack Engineer (PHP, Vue.js / React) at Gradion AG – a strategic partner for ambitious businesses driving breakthrough growth through Digital Innovation and Deep Tech with a global presence across 3 continents and 300+ specialists.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using PHP backend and Vue.js or React frontend; lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure code quality through best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Join a highly skilled engineering team at Gradion AG, recognized as Vietnam’s Best IT Company for 8 consecutive years (including #1 in 2024 and 2025), with ISO 27001 certification and a track record of delivering enterprise platforms for unicorn clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PHP backend development with experience in modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
• Expertise in frontend development using Vue.js or React, including state management and component-based architecture
• Proven experience leading full-stack projects, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence in enterprise environments
