Senior/Lead Product Manager, Agentic Experiences

📋 Description

• • Senior/Lead Product Manager responsible for owning consumer-facing AI agentic experiences that help families navigate senior care decisions, defining how intelligent agents interact with users across channels to deliver trustworthy, helpful guidance during emotionally significant moments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include prototyping with AI coding tools like Claude Code or LangChain, building and shipping agentic products such as conversational agents and intelligent matching systems, designing experiments to measure impact on conversion and satisfaction, and collaborating closely with engineering, ML, design, marketing, and operations teams to integrate AI experiences into the broader family journey.
