- • Lead end-to-end product launches for Attio, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and features to drive measurable business impact.
- • Develop product-focused content for attio.com, crafting web pages and posts that clearly communicate Attio’s value proposition and customer outcomes.
- • Partner with Customer Support to create educational materials that empower users to maximize their use of Attio’s platform.
- • Build and maintain a library of customer storytelling assets—including case studies, video, web content, and social media—tailored to key audiences from early-stage founders to enterprise operators.
- • Design and deliver sales enablement tools, training, and collateral that equip Revenue teams to close new deals and expand existing accounts.
- • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives and feed market insights back into product development.
- • Serve as the internal expert on Attio’s target customers, deeply understanding who they are, why they buy, and what their next needs will be.
- • Analyze and articulate Attio’s competitive positioning against legacy CRMs and emerging challengers, identifying market openings for product and messaging differentiation.
- • Own the creation of high-quality, persuasive copy across all formats: from website copy and scripts to case studies and internal documentation, ensuring every word drives clarity and impact.
- • Work with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling and strategically aligned marketing assets, leveraging strong aesthetic judgment even without being a designer.
- • Operate with a builder mindset, defining new playbooks and processes from scratch rather than inheriting existing ones in a small, high-impact team.
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, improve content quality, and accelerate delivery of marketing initiatives.
- • Drive consistent, data-informed storytelling that aligns with Attio’s brand voice and supports growth across acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- • Contribute to shaping how the world perceives Attio by elevating the quality, precision, and emotional resonance of all product marketing communications.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing
- • Proven ability to write high-impact, precise copy across multiple formats (positioning, web, case studies, scripts)
- • Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to produce beautiful, polished marketing assets
- • Bias for speed and ownership—able to drive projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight
- • Builder mindset: experienced in creating processes and playbooks from scratch in fast-moving environments
- • Fluency in using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and outcomes
