- • Lead end-to-end product launches for Attio, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and features to drive measurable business impact.
- • Develop product-focused content for attio.com, crafting web pages and posts that clearly communicate Attio’s value proposition and customer outcomes.
- • Partner with Customer Support to create educational materials that empower users to maximize their use of Attio’s platform.
- • Build and maintain a library of customer storytelling assets—including case studies, video, web content, and social media—tailored to key audiences such as early-stage founders and operators at category-leading companies.
- • Design and deliver sales enablement tools, training, and collateral that equip Revenue teams to close new business and expand existing accounts.
- • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives and feed market insights back into product development.
- • Serve as the internal expert on target customers: defining who buys Attio, why they choose it over alternatives, and what their next needs will be.
- • Analyze and articulate Attio’s competitive positioning against legacy CRMs and emerging challengers, identifying market openings for product and messaging differentiation.
- • Own the creation of high-quality, customer-centric marketing assets across multiple formats, including written, visual, and video content.
- • Define and implement product marketing playbooks from scratch, as part of a small, high-impact team with no inherited processes.
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, improve content quality, and accelerate delivery of marketing initiatives.
- • Maintain a strong sense of design and aesthetic taste, collaborating with designers to produce polished, visually compelling marketing materials.
- • Work directly with Attio’s founders and cross-functional leaders to align product marketing strategy with company vision and growth goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing
- • Proven ability to write compelling, precise copy for positioning, web content, scripts, and case studies
- • Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to produce or guide high-quality visual and multimedia content
- • Bias for speed and ownership—ability to lead projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight
- • Builder mindset: experience creating processes and playbooks from the ground up in a startup or fast-moving environment
- • Fluency in using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and outcomes
