  • • Senior Lead, Sales Operations & Strategy at Sprinto Inc. is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling the company’s end-to-end revenue engine. Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, this position drives alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure cohesive GTM execution, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. The role is not analytical support — it is ownership: you will build, lead, and evolve the revenue operating model that powers Sprinto’s mission to deliver trust and compliance at scale.
  • • Day to day, you will: design and refine sales processes, territory planning, quota setting, and compensation structures to maximize rep productivity and forecast accuracy; partner with Marketing and Product to align lead generation, handoffs, and product-led growth motions; collaborate with Customer Success to reduce churn and expand NRR through post-sale motion optimization; work with Finance to build and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline health dashboards, and scenario modeling; lead the selection, implementation, and adoption of AI-driven revenue tools (including CRM, CPQ, and analytics platforms) to automate workflows and surface actionable insights; establish and own key revenue metrics (ACV, CAC, LTV, sales cycle length, win rates) and ensure cross-functional accountability; facilitate weekly revenue operations reviews with leadership to surface risks, opportunities, and strategic adjustments; mentor and guide junior ops analysts while fostering a culture of data literacy and process excellence across the GTM org.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • • Proven track record of designing and scaling sales processes, territory models, quota attainment systems, and compensation plans that directly impacted revenue growth
  • • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Clari), and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders (VP+ level) through clear, data-driven narratives
  • • Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in sales forecasting, lead scoring, or pipeline analytics
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
