Mindsquare is seeking a Senior Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (m/f/d) to join our innovative team. - • This is a full-time position, starting immediately, within our IT-Consulting division. The role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from home, in a hybrid model, or on-site at client locations. As a Senior Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital HR core systems for our diverse clientele. Your primary focus will be on architecting and implementing stable data models, defining clear organizational structures, and establishing future-proof HR processes within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide critical decision-making processes, ensuring sustainable and effective solutions.
- • Your core responsibilities will include:
- • Designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the central HR master data system, ensuring accurate and efficient representation of organizational, employee, and process structures. This involves a deep understanding of data governance, hierarchy management, and the integration points with other HR modules and external systems.
- • Taking full functional ownership of Employee Central topics within client projects. This includes leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and SAP best practices.
- • Collaborating closely with project management, adjacent SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning), and client stakeholders. You will act as a key liaison, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans and ensuring seamless integration across the HR technology landscape.
- • Conducting comprehensive analyses of customer requirements, translating them into robust, maintainable, and scalable Employee Central solutions that adhere to proven SAP standards. This requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to anticipate future needs and potential challenges.
- • Moderating workshops with clients to gather requirements, validate designs, and facilitate decision-making. Your expertise will guide clients through best practice discussions, helping them understand the capabilities and limitations of Employee Central and the broader SuccessFactors suite.
- • Providing expert advice on best practices for HR processes and system configuration within Employee Central. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their HR operations and leverage the full potential of the platform.
- • Supporting effort estimations and project planning, contributing your insights to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation. This includes identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their professional growth and contribute to the overall strength of the mindsquare team.
- • Staying abreast of the latest developments and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors platform and the broader HR technology landscape, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our service offerings and client solutions.
- • Contributing to the development of our internal knowledge base and best practice documentation, ensuring that mindsquare remains at the forefront of SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
- • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery and internal processes, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across the consulting team.
- • Engaging with clients to understand their long-term HR strategy and how Employee Central can be a foundational element to achieve their goals.
- • Ensuring data quality and integrity within Employee Central, implementing validation rules and processes to maintain accurate employee data.
- • Leading change management efforts related to Employee Central implementations, ensuring smooth user adoption and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Developing and delivering training materials for end-users and system administrators, empowering clients to effectively manage their HR systems.
- • Contributing to pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution design for potential clients.
