• • The Senior Learning Design Professional applies expertise in instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to identify and implement effective solutions for knowledge or performance gaps, managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle and monitoring performance and outcomes.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and developing learning solutions for Medicare Care Management (including storyboards, scripts, performance support, mobile learning, and manuals), conducting needs assessments with subject matter experts, monitoring business partner quality data to identify training opportunities, writing clear learning objectives, coordinating performance assessments, tracking and analyzing training program outcomes, providing guidance to training facilitators, utilizing social media and collaborative tools to enhance learning, planning and maintaining training curricula and materials, partnering with clients consultatively to determine learning solution requirements, and influencing departmental strategy through independent decisions on moderately complex project components.
