This role translates business strategy into practical, scalable development programs that drive employee growth, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and delivering leadership development and manager enablement programs, providing 1:1 and group coaching as a certified coach, creating enterprise-wide learning curricula using platforms like LinkedIn Learning, facilitating virtual learning experiences, conducting training needs analyses, establishing metrics for program evaluation, and continuously improving learning initiatives based on data and feedback.
