- • As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Deliveroo Holdings plc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capability of Deliveroo’s commercial teams by identifying skills gaps proactively and recommending targeted, scalable learning solutions to drive performance and enable long-term commercial success across global markets.
- • Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, diagnose capability gaps using data and business insights, design and deliver blended learning solutions (in-person, digital, virtual) focused on sales, account management, and operations, facilitate training sessions, oversee end-to-end execution of learning programs, and implement evaluation frameworks to measure impact on business performance.
- • You will join a dynamic, values-driven team within Deliveroo’s global Learning & Development function, collaborating with internal SMEs, global stakeholders, and third-party providers to co-create impactful content tailored to local markets while championing a culture of continuous learning and strategic thinking across the business.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic L&D partnership, gain experience influencing senior stakeholders, refine your ability to design scalable, outcome-driven learning programs, and contribute to building a strong internal L&D community while growing your career in a fast-paced, evolving global marketplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales and commercial training, ideally within fast-paced, tech-driven or global organisations
- • Proven success applying a consultative L&D approach – diagnosing needs, recommending solutions, and measuring outcomes
- • Experience designing and delivering multi-format learning programs (virtual, in-person, digital)
- • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership
- • Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives across segments / markets with competing priorities
- • Analytical mindset – uses data to inform decisions and challenge assumptions
