📋 Description

• The Senior Learning Program Manager at Conga Software Inc. plays a critical role in enabling organizational growth by managing the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting employee development initiatives. This role ensures that learning content is accessible, accurate, and aligned with business goals, directly impacting workforce capability and customer success.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end LMS administration, leading system implementations and integrations, uploading and maintaining course content, providing technical support, generating learning analytics reports, ensuring system governance and compliance, supporting virtual training events, conducting QA on learning products, and managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.

• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in enterprise learning systems, data-driven learning analytics, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. 🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on enterprise LMS administration experience with platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo, Workday Learning, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven track record of leading LMS and learning system implementations, migrations, or platform optimizations end-to-end
• Experience building and scaling role-based certification or credentialing programs that drive measurable learner and business outcomes
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to build custom LMS dashboards and translate learning data into actionable business insights
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholders, and competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
