📋 Description

• Senior Legal Counsel at Armada Group, Inc., a full-stack edge infrastructure company delivering compute, connectivity, and sovereign AI/ML to remote locations worldwide, playing a critical role in enabling growth through high-impact transactions and legal strategy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements (MSAs, reseller/partner agreements, DPAs, public sector contracts), leading high-value technology transactions end-to-end, serving as a strategic legal partner to sales, product, and compliance teams, managing high-volume deals independently, designing scalable legal processes, interpreting evolving regulatory frameworks (AI, data privacy, government contracting), providing actionable legal guidance, building cross-functional relationships, supporting public sector expansion, and managing outside counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting commercial transactions
• 3+ years of in-house experience in B2B software, infrastructure, or systems companies
• Proven ability to independently lead complex deal negotiations and close transactions on critical timelines
• Strong business acumen and pragmatic legal judgment
• Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with public sector or government contracting
• Familiarity with data privacy, AI, and emerging technology regulations
