- • The Senior Legal Innovation Strategist drives the identification, evaluation, and adoption of AI- and technology-enabled solutions across the Legal Division, translating business needs into practical, compliant innovations that improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying high-impact AI opportunities, conducting business process analysis, designing and leading AI pilots from concept to deployment, shaping AI workflows with attention to compliance, and providing ongoing support and training for legal technology tools.
- • The role partners closely with corporate law teams, staff counsel, IT, Data, and Security teams to ensure responsible AI adoption while maintaining strong governance and user confidence in a regulated environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- • 8+ years of experience in innovation, technology enablement, legal operations, consulting, or related roles.
- • Practical experience with generative AI tools and AI-enabled workflows, including prompt design and solution architecture.
- • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- • Experience implementing or supporting business-facing technology solutions in regulated environments.
