- • As a Senior Lifecycle Manager at MEWS Systems B.V., you will own and optimize lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey, playing a pivotal role in modernizing automation infrastructure and driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth for a Hotel Tech unicorn valued at $2.5b.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and win-back; designing and executing multi-channel programs via email automation, in-product messaging, and personalized workflows; defining advanced segmentation based on ICPs, personas, regions, and behavioral intent; analyzing performance data to optimize journeys and establish north-star KPIs; leading A/B testing and experimentation frameworks; and partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Data teams to align with GTM strategy.
- • You will join the Growth Marketing team at MEWS, a global hospitality cloud leader transforming the hotel ecosystem since 2012, powering over 5,000 customers across 85+ countries with innovative property management solutions and recognized as a Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build scalable frameworks, modernize legacy systems, and create impactful nurture programs that directly influence customer lifecycle outcomes, while developing expertise in B2B SaaS lifecycle marketing, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-growing, innovative tech environment.
