- • Weave Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who will be instrumental in shaping and executing our comprehensive email marketing strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. You will be the architect of our communication, guiding our core audience of medical providers and other specialty healthcare professionals from initial engagement through to long-term loyalty and advocacy.
- • As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end development, execution, and continuous optimization of all email marketing campaigns. This encompasses a wide range of communications, including targeted promotional emails designed to drive adoption of our innovative solutions, sophisticated nurture sequences to guide prospects through their buying journey, timely product updates to keep our users informed and engaged, and essential triggered communications that respond to user behavior and milestones.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve the meticulous management and optimization of our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will leverage its advanced capabilities for sophisticated audience segmentation, precise campaign deployment, robust A/B testing, and in-depth performance tracking. Your expertise will ensure we are maximizing the potential of this powerful tool to deliver personalized and effective communications.
- • Driving continuous improvement is at the heart of this role. You will develop and implement a rigorous testing roadmap, experimenting with various elements such as subject lines, email copy, calls-to-action (CTAs), visual layout, and optimal send times. The goal is to systematically enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and to minimize unsubscribe rates, ensuring our messages resonate and drive desired outcomes.
- • A deep understanding of our audience is paramount. You will leverage data and insights to create highly targeted and personalized audience segments. This granular approach ensures that we deliver the most relevant, valuable content to each individual at precisely the right moment in their journey, fostering stronger connections and driving engagement.
- • Performance analysis and reporting will be a core function. You will regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all email campaigns, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Your ability to identify trends and opportunities will be crucial in driving increased effectiveness and demonstrating the ROI of our lifecycle marketing efforts.
- • Collaboration is key to success. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Data Analytics. This ensures that our email programs are seamlessly aligned with overarching business objectives, upcoming product launches, and our broader content strategy, creating a unified and impactful marketing approach.
- • Maintaining the health and integrity of our email program is critical. You will maintain a strong focus on email deliverability best practices, proactive list health management, and ensuring all campaigns strictly adhere to relevant regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, safeguarding our sender reputation and maintaining trust with our audience.
- • This hybrid position offers flexibility, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work from our Headquarters in Lehi, UT. You will report directly to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
