- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving user engagement, retention, and overall business growth by owning and optimizing core lifecycle phases. You will be instrumental in shaping user journeys, from initial onboarding and conversion to sustained engagement, renewal, and win-back strategies. - • As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will take end-to-end ownership of a critical lifecycle phase. This includes defining the overarching strategy, identifying key user behaviors, prioritizing initiatives, and establishing measurable success metrics directly tied to funnel and cohort performance. Your responsibilities will encompass the design, sequencing, and leadership of comprehensive experimentation across automation, segmentation, messaging, and timing. You will be empowered to make decisive calls on which strategies to scale, iterate upon, or discontinue, ensuring a data-driven approach to optimization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with direct ownership of meaningful user outcomes in subscription or usage-based products.
- • Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage, or similar, with strong understanding of automation logic, segmentation, and experimentation.
- • Strong analytical capability, comfortable working with funnel analysis, cohort behavior, and experiment results; ability to query or reason directly with data (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
- • Experience operating in global or multi-market environments, balancing global consistency with regional nuance without fragmenting strategy or ownership.
- • Clear, decisive communicator with an ownership mindset, able to make trade-offs, challenge assumptions constructively, and be accountable for outcomes rather than activity.
