- • Xsolla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior LiveOps Product Manager to join our dynamic team, driving the strategic vision and execution of our live operations products and features. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the player experience and maximizing game monetization through innovative live operations strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to deliver exceptional products that resonate with our global gaming community.
- • As a Senior LiveOps Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for live operations, defining features, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring successful product launches. This involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying emerging trends in the gaming industry to inform product development. Your insights will be crucial in understanding player behavior, identifying pain points, and translating these into actionable product requirements.
- • You will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for live operations, such as player engagement, retention, conversion rates, and revenue. This data-driven approach will enable you to iterate on existing features, optimize game economy, and identify new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with data analysts to build dashboards, generate reports, and derive actionable insights that guide product decisions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conception through to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. This includes writing detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will also play a key role in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners.
- • You will champion the voice of the player, ensuring that all live operations initiatives are designed to enhance player satisfaction and foster a vibrant gaming community. This includes developing strategies for in-game events, promotions, loyalty programs, and community engagement initiatives that drive long-term player value.
- • The Senior LiveOps Product Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring seamless integration of third-party services and tools that enhance our live operations capabilities. You will evaluate new technologies and solutions that can improve our product offerings and provide a competitive edge.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and the business models prevalent in the video game industry. You will leverage this knowledge to create compelling in-game experiences that encourage player progression, retention, and spending.
- • You will be expected to present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership, clearly articulating the value proposition and expected outcomes of your initiatives. Effective communication and stakeholder management are paramount to success in this role.
