📋 Description
- • Senior M&A in-house Lawyer responsible for comprehensive transaction support from structuring to finalization, working directly with investment teams and external law firms in a private equity environment.
- • Independently conduct M&A transactions, negotiate and prepare key documentation (SPA, SHA), manage external counsel, participate in due diligence, and provide legal support to portfolio companies on corporate and transactional matters.
- • Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, operating a decentralized model across 7 countries with support in talent acquisition, HR, and operational expertise for B2B SaaS growth.
- • Opportunity to work on high-value international transactions, gain autonomy in project management, and make a real impact within a renowned private equity environment while developing expertise in tech-sector M&A.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in M&A from top international law firms
- • Experience independently conducting complex M&A transactions and negotiating transaction documentation, particularly SPA
- • Professional title of legal advisor, attorney, or equivalent qualification with very good English; German language skills advantageous
