- • Lead the analytical components of due diligence for control investments in US healthcare provider organizations and services businesses, including financial performance reviews, unit economics tracking, and audit of detailed operating models.
- • Synthesize complex financial and operational data into concise, actionable investment committee materials to support high-stakes investment decisions.
- • Conduct deep-dive analyses of US physician practices, with focus on payer–provider dynamics, reimbursement landscapes, and M&A rollup potential.
- • Build, maintain, and interpret sophisticated three-statement financial models and deal-structuring scenarios under tight timelines.
- • Partner directly with AI and operating teams to integrate transformation workstreams and value creation initiatives into the deal lifecycle.
- • Drive end-to-end execution of buyout strategies for healthcare provider transactions, from initial screening through post-close integration planning.
- • Ensure rigorous execution standards are maintained across all due diligence activities, aligning with Gratia’s 88.2 Net Promoter Score benchmark for quality and delivery.
- • Translate complex financial analyses into clear strategic insights for senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with investment, AI, and operations teams to identify opportunities where AI-native platforms can enhance the operational efficiency and scalability of acquired healthcare practices.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US healthcare market trends, regulatory shifts, and reimbursement policy changes impacting provider valuations and deal structuring.
- • Deliver client-facing deliverables with precision and clarity, ensuring alignment with the expectations of global clients including USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life.
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple concurrent transaction projects while adhering to strict deadlines and quality controls.
- • Adapt analytical workflows to leverage AI and data-driven tools for sourcing, diligence, and value creation, enhancing efficiency without compromising depth or accuracy.
- • Engage with a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform where performance and delivery define opportunity, not location or hierarchy.
- • Maintain consistent daily overlap with US business hours to enable seamless collaboration across time zones and real-time decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory (TAS)
- • Proven experience analyzing US-based healthcare provider transactions (e.g., physician practices, clinics, or rollups)
- • Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience managing the full deal lifecycle
- • Proactive interest in leveraging AI and data-driven tools to enhance sourcing and diligence workflows
- • Ability to translate complex financial analyses into strategic insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
- • A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours
