- • Translate ambiguous business requirements into robust machine learning solutions using Python and Google Cloud Platform tools.
- • Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models with emphasis on scalability, reproducibility, and performance optimization.
- • Leverage generative AI techniques to develop innovative, client-specific solutions aligned with real-world business objectives.
- • Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines including automated testing, feature storage, metadata tracking, and model monitoring.
- • Architect machine learning systems using Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Run.
- • Engineer efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless flow between databases, data warehouses, and ML models.
- • Optimize ML models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using GPUs and distributed computing frameworks.
- • Integrate machine learning components into production systems via web services (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) or API wrappers.
- • Collaborate directly with clients to scope projects, present technical approaches, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- • Advocate for software engineering best practices including CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and modular, testable codebases.
- • Conduct iterative ML experiments using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost to validate hypotheses and improve model accuracy.
- • Ensure all ML solutions are documented, auditable, and aligned with enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
- • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to guide decision-making on model selection, data strategy, and cloud infrastructure.
- • Maintain and improve internal tooling and frameworks to accelerate delivery of client engagements.
- • Stay current with advancements in AI, cloud platforms, and MLOps to bring cutting-edge practices to client projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Multiple years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, preferably with a consulting background
- • Proficiency in Python for developing production-ready code within CI/CD pipelines
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- • Hands-on experience with foundational software engineering practices
- • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data
- • Experience scaling computations using GPUs or distributed computing systems
- • Familiarity with exposing ML components via web services (e.g., Flask)
- • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
