📋 Description

• Senior Machine Learning Systems Engineer role focused on building and scaling Reddit’s ML infrastructure to power recommendations, content discovery, and user quantification across Growth, Ads, Feeds, and Core ML teams.
• Design end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management, including data prep, experiment tracking, and deployment; develop graph ML platforms for billion-node graph structures; optimize distributed training on GPU clusters using Ray, Kubernetes, and Spark.
• Join a high-impact Machine Learning Platform team at Reddit that enables scalable, reliable ML systems serving 126M+ daily active users across 100K+ communities.
• Gain deep expertise in large-scale graph ML systems, MLOps automation, and distributed training optimization while driving platform adoption and efficiency gains for ML engineers across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML infrastructure, including model training and model deployments
• Hands-on experience with ML optimization, including memory and GPU profiling
• Deep experience with cloud-based technologies (GCP BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Terraform) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Wandb)
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes)
• Strong focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and ease of use; excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, JanusGraph, TigerGraph) or graph neural networks (PyTorch Geometric, DGL) is a big plus
