- • As a Senior Manager, Accounts Management at Affirm, you will own and lead the company’s largest international partner relationships in the UK, driving growth, strategic alignment, and long-term value across business units. This high-impact, customer-facing role is critical to Affirm’s mission of building lasting merchant partnerships that fuel sustainable revenue and market expansion.
- • Day to day, you will define and execute multi-year growth roadmaps, analyze partner performance, influence senior stakeholders on both sides, and orchestrate cross-functional teams across Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk to deliver joint initiatives that increase GMV, revenue, and user acquisition.
- • You will join a growing, strategic accounts team within a remote-first, mission-driven fintech company committed to honest, transparent credit solutions. Affirm values data-informed decision-making, executive presence, and collaborative innovation to scale partnerships that benefit both merchants and consumers.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic partnership management, cross-functional leadership, and commercial negotiation within the fintech and e-commerce landscape. You will sharpen your ability to drive executive-level influence, structure complex contracts, and translate data into actionable growth strategies—positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and growth architect for Affirm’s most vital UK partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of B2B client-facing experience, preferably in tech or fintech
- • Proven ability to lead and grow complex, strategic partnerships at the executive level
- • Experience driving cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives with high attention to detail
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders
- • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data trends and report to internal/external audiences
- • Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale commercial contracts (e.g., RFPs, renewals, multi-year agreements)
- • Knowledge of consumer finance, SaaS, and e-commerce preferred
- • Comfortable using Salesforce and BI tools
