- • Pearpop is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager, Affiliate and Commerce to spearhead revenue generation through affiliate marketing and owned commerce initiatives for a curated portfolio of top-tier creators.
- • This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on driving tangible business outcomes, with a primary focus on maximizing creator monetization through sophisticated affiliate strategies, innovative digital product launches, and continuous performance optimization.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing scalable playbooks, robust systems, and forward-thinking strategies that will not only drive significant revenue growth for your assigned creators but also establish best practices for commerce across the entire Pearpop organization.
- • The Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying high-potential revenue streams, optimizing existing monetization channels, and fostering a data-driven approach to commerce that aligns with Pearpop's mission to redefine how brands leverage creators.
- • **Affiliate & Performance Commerce Leadership:**
- • Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies tailored for key platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, and LTK (rewardStyle/LIKEtoKNOW.it).
- • Proactively identify and champion high-converting Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and meticulously optimize creator storefronts to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- • Design and implement structured A/B testing frameworks to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of different affiliate content formats, promotional offers, and calls-to-action.
- • Diligently track, analyze, and report on weekly revenue performance, identifying key trends, opportunities for optimization, and potential risks.
- • **Digital Products & Owned Revenue Expansion:**
- • Strategically identify and capitalize on emerging monetization opportunities for Pearpop's most influential creators, moving beyond traditional affiliate models.
- • Lead the end-to-end process for digital product ideation, including market research, product packaging, and competitive pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with creator brand and audience.
- • Construct and manage repeatable launch frameworks and detailed rollout calendars to ensure seamless and impactful introduction of new digital products.
- • Continuously optimize conversion funnels, develop effective upsell strategies, and implement lifecycle monetization tactics to maximize customer lifetime value.
- • **Direct Revenue Ownership & Accountability:**
- • Take direct ownership of driving incremental revenue growth across a dedicated portfolio of high-profile creators.
- • Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated monetization dashboards and performance tracking systems to provide real-time insights into revenue streams.
- • Collaborate closely with the Finance department to accurately measure attribution models and quantify the incremental revenue impact of commerce initiatives.
- • Develop and document scalable commerce playbooks that can be effectively rolled out and adopted across Pearpop’s extensive creator network, fostering a company-wide commerce culture.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:**
- • Forge strong partnerships with Talent Managers to seamlessly integrate commerce strategies into the overall growth and development plans for each creator.
- • Work hand-in-hand with Creative and Paid Media teams to amplify high-performing commerce content and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- • Align with senior leadership on ambitious revenue targets, provide accurate forecasting, and contribute to the strategic direction of Pearpop's commerce endeavors.
