- ⢠This Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design role is pivotal in shaping iRhythmâs future by integrating AI technologies into organizational structures, ensuring the workforce is prepared for technological evolution while maintaining a patient-centric mission. The role bridges HR, technology, and business strategy to drive sustainable, human-centered transformation at scale.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with functional leaders to analyze workflows and redesign jobs for AI augmentation, partnering with HRBPs to assess and optimize organizational models for efficiency and strategic alignment, developing reskilling and upskilling programs to address evolving skill needs, conducting workforce forecasting to anticipate talent shifts from automation, leading change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on AIâs impact on people and work, owning enterprise skills intelligence using tools like Lightcast to inform talent and organizational decisions, and staying current on industry best practices in AI and organizational design to continuously refine transformation strategies.
- ⢠The HR & Organizational Design team at iRhythm is a strategic partner to the business, focused on building agile, future-ready organizations that support innovation and growth. The team operates with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, employee experience, and enabling HRBPs to become independent leaders in transformation efforts within their functions.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-driven organizational transformation, gain hands-on experience applying skills intelligence and labor-market analytics to workforce strategy, and build a track record of leading large-scale change initiatives in a high-growth digital health company. You will strengthen your ability to influence senior leadership, design human-centric solutions to technological change, and position yourself as a leader in the emerging field of AI-augmented HR and organizational design.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred
- ⢠8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or HR consulting with a strong focus on technology-driven transformations
- ⢠Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts; experience with AI implementation projects highly desirable
- ⢠Proven ability to design and implement effective job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives
- ⢠Strong experience developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs
- ⢠Experience enabling and consulting with HR Business Partners on organizational design, workforce planning, or large-scale transformation work
- ⢠Experience leading or operationalizing skills-based workforce initiatives, labor-market intelligence, or AI-informed talent strategies in a complex organization
- ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to forecast and model complex organizational changes
- ⢠Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- ⢠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
