• • As a Senior Manager for Base Ecosystem at Coinbase, you will be at the forefront of building the future of the onchain platform, aiming to onboard a million developers and a billion users. This pivotal role involves driving strategic institutional, exchange, and infrastructure partnerships across the entire Base ecosystem, including Base Chain, Base App, Base Pay, Base Build, and Spindl.
• • You will be instrumental in crafting and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies designed to establish Base as the premier application, network, and platform for enterprises, developers, and users within the burgeoning onchain space. This requires a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, coupled with a strategic vision for how Base can become the indispensable choice for a wide array of stakeholders.
• • A core responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain robust, productive relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders across Coinbase and external partners. This involves navigating complex organizational structures and fostering collaborative environments to ensure alignment and drive mutual success.
• • You will lead and manage a small, high-performing pod of 1-2 teammates, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. This leadership aspect ensures that the team operates with maximum efficiency and impact, contributing directly to the ambitious goals of the Base ecosystem.

• • As Base is built on Optimism’s open-source OP Stack, you will collaborate with the second Core Dev team working on the OP Stack, ensuring its continued development as a public good and contributing to the funding of public goods through sequencer revenue.
