• • As the Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will be instrumental in owning and scaling the operational engine that drives Pivotal Health's success. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned operator who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments and possesses a proven ability to architect and implement scalable systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and resilience of our upstream workflows, from initial IDR filing through to final resolution, even as our operational volume experiences significant growth.
• • You will take direct accountability for key operational metrics, including throughput, quality assurance, and the continuous improvement of our core processes. This involves proactively identifying operational bottlenecks, diagnosing their root causes, and implementing durable, long-term solutions that enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves designing and optimizing processes that are built for scale. You will develop and refine workflows that can accommodate increasing volumes of work without compromising accuracy or introducing errors. This includes implementing best practices in documentation, leveraging and advocating for appropriate tooling, and architecting systems that minimize rework and maximize efficiency.
• • You will lead and develop a growing team of talented analysts. This leadership responsibility includes setting clear performance expectations, providing consistent coaching and development opportunities, and fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. As the team expands, you will play a key role in enabling leadership to transition from day-to-day execution towards a more strategic, long-term focus.
• • Data will be your compass. You will own critical operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms. This involves in-depth analysis of operational trends, early identification of potential risks, and data-driven prioritization of improvement initiatives based on their measurable impact on business objectives.
• • Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide crucial insights that inform system enhancements and new feature development. You will also align seamlessly with Customer Success, Finance, and downstream fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operational handoffs, eliminate friction points, and create a cohesive end-to-end experience.
