📋 Description
- • As Senior Manager, Business Operations at Stepful Inc., you will own key special projects to scale the Allied Health portfolio and drive profitable, 10x growth in active students, reporting directly to the SVP of Growth.
- • Day to day, you will support program performance by driving execution against profitability and unit economics goals, build and maintain program-level scorecards, execute against a program roadmap, identify performance gaps, and contribute to business cases for initiatives.
- • You will facilitate cross-functional coordination across Sales, Customer Success, Learning, and Operations teams to align on priorities, support integrated planning, escalate risks, and drive accountability for shared goals.
- • You will manage stakeholder communication with instructors, SMEs, accreditors, and regulators, prepare performance updates for senior leadership, and contribute insights to resource allocation and prioritization discussions.
- • Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs, partnering with healthcare institutions to address national workforce shortages, backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, and named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience, including in an operational role at a high-growth startup
- • Highly analytical with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
- • Excellent communication skills for clear and concise writing and presenting
- • Expert collaborator able to lead through influence and coordinate diverse stakeholders at various levels
- • Passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education
- • Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully and maintain a high bar for execution
