📋 Description

• Senior Manager, Business Operations (New Products) at Jerry Technologies, Inc. is a high-impact role focused on owning the end-to-end incubation of new business lines—from idea to revenue-generating product—within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Day to day, you will conduct market research and customer analysis, write product specs, build prototypes using Figma and AI tools like Codex/Claude, collaborate with engineers and designers, launch features in weekly sprints, and eventually hire and build a team for the new vertical you create.
• Jerry.ai is a mission-driven company building America’s first and only super app to simplify car ownership, backed by over $240M in funding, serving 5M+ customers, and led by ex-MBB talent who value ownership, speed, and hands-on execution.
• In this role, you will learn end-to-end product development, gain experience launching businesses from 0-to-1, sharpen your systems thinking and data fluency, and transition from advising to owning complex, high-impact initiatives with full autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a top-tier firm such as MBB, investment banking, or high-growth startup
• Comfortable running complex data analysis independently without relying on a data scientist
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete, actionable results
• Experience interacting regularly with executives and senior stakeholders
• Systems thinking and first-principles mindset with obsession for understanding the 'why' behind data and customer behavior
