- • As Senior Manager, Client Success - Key Accounts at MeteRGy Solutions LLC, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner for the company’s most important clients in the US market, driving retention, satisfaction, and expansion of key account relationships.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Client Success to develop and execute account strategies, lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex client issues, and ensure seamless delivery of submetering and billing services across electricity, water, gas, and thermal energy for multi-residential and commercial buildings.
- • You will act as a subject matter expert in Submetering as a Service (SaaS), guiding clients on energy efficiency opportunities and supporting Metergy’s mission to reduce in-suite energy consumption by 40% through accurate utility data and actionable insights.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams including operations, billing, and technical support to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, while representing the voice of the customer in product and process improvements.
- • You will contribute to Metergy’s growth as a portfolio company of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, leveraging the company’s 45-year track record and over 900,000 contracted meters to deepen partnerships and identify expansion opportunities within key accounts.
- • You will operate in a hybrid work model (3 days in office in Long Island City, New York) within a Great Place to Work-certified culture that values passion, positivity, precision, and employee empowerment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic partnership roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS, utilities, or energy management industries
- • Proven ability to manage and grow key enterprise accounts, with experience driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction at scale
- • Strong understanding of submetering, utility billing, or energy efficiency solutions; experience with SaaS models is a plus
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal teams and external clients
- • Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, including mentoring or supporting other Client Success professionals
