📋 Description

• • Lead the development and execution of a multi-year clinical education strategy for cardiac and vascular segments within Image Guided Therapy Devices, aligning with business goals and clinical advancements across APAC.
• • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of education professionals across regions, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and inclusion through clear goal setting and career development.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Operations to ensure scalable, standardized education solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• • Drive innovation in educational methods using adaptive learning, virtual simulations, mobile learning, and AI-enabled assessments, while leveraging analytics to measure impact, demonstrate ROI, and inform continuous improvement.
