📋 Description

• Senior Manager, Clinical Operations and AI Strategy role at Vida Health Inc. serves as the primary advocate and strategic voice for Clinical Operations, Member Support, and Provider Support teams, ensuring service teams have the tooling, processes, and prioritization support needed to deliver exceptional care experiences at scale.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include translating frontline operational needs into structured roadmaps and requirements, evaluating AI-powered automation opportunities across support and clinical platforms, governing deployment of AI agents in Zendesk and operational tooling, and ensuring solutions meet real team needs from discovery through post-launch iteration.
• Vida Health is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider using evidence-based treatment to help patients manage obesity and related conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression, with a team of Obesity Medicine-Certified Physicians, Registered Dietitians, Expert Coaches, and Licensed Therapists taking a whole-person approach to care.
• The role offers the opportunity to learn and achieve impact at the intersection of operations, product, and engineering, reporting directly to the Chief Clinical & Member Services Officer, while driving innovation in AI-enabled clinical operations and improving care delivery for Vida’s members and provider networks.
