- ⢠Lead and develop a team of Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), Senior CTMs, Principal CTMs, and Managers to ensure high-quality clinical trial execution aligned with Precision Medicine Groupās standards and values.
- ⢠Drive operational excellence by overseeing clinical programs, improving processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and KPI achievement.
- ⢠Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for direct reports, including setting goals, delivering feedback, identifying development needs, and supporting career growth.
- ⢠Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to refine CTM workflows, standardize practices, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent quality across global trials.
- ⢠Partner with Resourcing to forecast staffing needs, support recruitment, onboarding, and training of CTMs in coordination with HR and Learning & Development.
- ⢠Identify quality and operational risks, recommend corrective actions, escalate issues to leadership, Project Managers, and Deputy Project Managers, and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- ⢠Develop, update, and maintain Clinical Operations SOPs, templates, work instructions, and clinical documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory expectations.
- ⢠Promote Precision Medicine Groupās organizational values, foster a culture of accountability and professionalism, and complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.

- ⢠Gain deep expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance (ICH GCP), risk management, and process optimization, positioning yourself for senior leadership roles within the organization.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Graduate or postgraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific or health-related field
- ⢠10+ years of industry experience in clinical research, including clinical operations in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
- ⢠Proven experience managing clinical aspects of complex and global trials
- ⢠Previous experience in line management of Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) or similar roles
- ⢠Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process
- ⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- ⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ⢠Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
