  • • You will be instrumental in guiding Team Supervisors to effectively challenge and develop their Account Managers, ensuring they are adept at growing client accounts and providing constructive, actionable feedback.
  • • A key responsibility will be to regularly collaborate with Team Supervisors, offering direct assistance and strategic guidance on client issues, particularly for our middle and growth-tier clients, ensuring their success and retention.
  • • You will be tasked with monitoring and managing established team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), diligently reporting these metrics to the Director team through the use of internal dashboards, providing clear insights into team and client performance.
  • • A significant aspect of the role includes providing ongoing, specialized training to Account Managers, drawing directly from information and training resources provided by Amazon, ensuring the team stays ahead of platform updates and best practices.
  • • You will serve as a primary point of escalation for critical client accounts, stepping in to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • • This role requires active participation in larger team initiatives, collaborating with the Director team to drive strategic projects and implement new processes or services that enhance our commerce offerings.
  • • You will contribute to the overall success of the Commerce team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, client-centricity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • • The position demands a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with a specific focus on Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, Demand-Side Platform (DSP), Advertising Console (AMS), and Marketing Cloud (AMC).
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends, algorithm changes, and new features on Amazon and other relevant e-commerce platforms to advise clients and internal teams effectively.
  • • This role is crucial in translating client business objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies within the commerce space.
