  • • Own the end-to-end commercial acquisition strategy for the lower funnel, ensuring seamless conversion from lead to card issuance across all channels by identifying and eliminating friction points in the application, credit, and issuance journey.
  • • Define business requirements for a frictionless "Pre-Card" experience, driving aggressive reductions in Time-to-Decision and Time-to-First-Transaction through optimized workflows and automated processes.
  • • Serve as the primary commercial voice within product development sprints, advocating for high-impact product initiatives such as enhanced KYC/KYB integrations and automated decisioning to accelerate customer approval rates and maximize revenue alignment.
  • • Lead the implementation and field adoption of the commercial tech stack, specifically ensuring Salesforce (CRM) workflows, lead scoring models, and automated follow-up sequences are fully adopted by the sales team to prevent lower-funnel leakage.
  • • Design and execute strategic evolution of the Commercial sales organization, including sales structure redesigns, territory planning, and segment-specific acquisition strategies to target higher-quality customer segments.
  • • Establish and monitor micro-KPIs across the lower funnel—including App Start-to-Submit rates, Document Upload velocity, and Credit Approval pull-through—to pinpoint exactly where prospects stall and initiate corrective actions with Marketing and Product teams.
  • • Translate complex funnel data, technical roadmaps, and operational insights into clear, compelling executive narratives using structured presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint, supported by detailed Excel analysis.
  • • Build and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards to track funnel performance, monitor sales rep activity, and identify data integrity issues impacting conversion metrics.
  • • Perform advanced data analysis in Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data cleaning techniques to uncover conversion leaks, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities within acquisition workflows.
  • • Influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) without direct authority by providing data-driven strategic leadership and aligning initiatives to revenue targets and business outcomes.
  • • Act as a commercial thought leader for senior leadership, shaping the company’s acquisition strategy through systems thinking, operational excellence, and a bias toward action.
  • • Maintain a "Product Owner" mindset while preserving a "Sales Growth" heart—balancing technical feasibility with commercial urgency to drive measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy with a focus on optimizing acquisition funnels
  • • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (CRM), including building custom reports and dashboards to track funnel performance and rep activity
  • • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data cleaning of large datasets
  • • Proven ability to create high-stakes PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations that transform complex data into persuasive executive narratives
  • • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) without formal authority
  • • Highly analytical and systems-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action
