- • Lead corporate development initiatives focused on strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments aligned with Centific’s AI data foundry mission.
- • Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition targets and strategic partnerships that enhance Centific’s proprietary AI data platforms, LLM fine-tuning capabilities, and RAG pipeline infrastructure.
- • Engage directly with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners to communicate Centific’s value proposition, growth trajectory, and technological differentiation in the GenAI market.
- • Structure and negotiate complex M&A transactions including due diligence, valuation modeling, term sheet negotiation, and post-closing integration planning.
- • Collaborate closely with the CFO, finance team, and legal counsel to ensure financial, regulatory, and operational alignment across all corporate development activities.
- • Analyze market trends in AI data curation, multilingual dataset development, and enterprise GenAI adoption to inform acquisition strategy and competitive positioning.
- • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess ROI, synergies, and risk profiles of potential targets across Centific’s 230 global markets and vertical domain expertise ecosystem.
- • Serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership, engineering, and data science teams to align acquisition targets with technical capabilities and product roadmaps.
- • Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials outlining strategic rationale, financial impact, and integration plans for proposed transactions.
- • Drive post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure seamless alignment of technology platforms, talent, and operational processes with Centific’s zero-distance innovation™ framework.
- • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging AI data startups to proactively identify undervalued or high-potential opportunities for acquisition or collaboration.
- • Maintain strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions where Centific operates, ensuring all transactions adhere to applicable laws and internal governance policies.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor decks, financial forecasts, and due diligence documentation to attract capital for scaling AI infrastructure and global expansion.
- • Represent Centific at industry conferences, investor forums, and technology summits to build relationships and enhance corporate visibility in the GenAI ecosystem.
- • Track and report key corporate development KPIs including deal pipeline velocity, transaction success rate, and value creation post-acquisition.
- • Ensure all corporate development activities are aligned with Centific’s mission to reduce GenAI deployment costs by up to 80% and accelerate time-to-market by 50%.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic finance within high-growth technology or AI-driven companies
- • Proven track record of leading end-to-end M&A transactions including due diligence, negotiation, and integration
- • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- • Experience engaging with institutional investors and venture capital firms
- • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, or data infrastructure sectors
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
