- • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
- • Conduct market research and analysis to inform M&A decisions and identify potential targets.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts.
- • Provide strategic guidance and support to the company's leadership team on M&A-related matters.
- • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective integration of acquired companies and successful execution of M&A transactions.
- • Analyze and interpret financial data and market trends to inform M&A decisions and drive business growth.
- • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for M&A-related projects and initiatives.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure successful execution of M&A transactions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a related field.
- • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion through M&A and other corporate development initiatives.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategic plans.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
