📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic and analytical workstreams including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, pricing strategy, business case development, and performance analysis to shape Kaseya’s long-term direction
• Build and maintain financial models from scratch to assess strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and go-to-market decisions with quantitative rigor
• Develop bespoke, on-the-fly analyses to address complex business problems and support executive decision-making with data-driven insights
• Synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, compelling, executive-ready narratives, presentations, and actionable recommendations
• Partner directly with senior leadership to support strategic planning, prioritization, and high-stakes decision-making processes across the organization
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, manage project timelines, and align stakeholders on fast-moving strategic initiatives
• Support preparation of materials for executive and board-level strategic reviews, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and investor expectations
• Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance the speed, quality, and scale of strategic analysis and deliverables
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic insights and proactively identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to a high-performance strategy team culture through structured thinking, ownership, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving
• Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate pricing strategies, market entry opportunities, and operational efficiency improvements
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured frameworks and clear strategic recommendations for C-suite and board stakeholders
• Drive strategic initiatives that impact global operations across more than 20 countries and over 15 million managed endpoints
• Maintain deep familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business models to inform strategic recommendations aligned with Kaseya’s core offerings
• Utilize structured thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Communicate complex financial and strategic concepts with clarity and confidence to non-analytical executives and external partners
• Ensure all strategic outputs are grounded in rigorous data analysis and aligned with Kaseya’s mission of innovation, accountability, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, including building models from scratch
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience manipulating and interpreting large data sets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear frameworks and recommendations
• Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
