📋 Description
- • As Senior Manager, Customer Success (Healthcare) at Tonal Systems Inc., you will serve as the commercial owner of Tonal's relationships with healthcare and clinical partners, defining how strength training becomes a core intervention in healthcare and transforming Tonal from a fitness platform into a clinical-grade health technology platform.
- • You will personally manage strategic clinical accounts today while architecting the playbook, infrastructure, and team to scale the healthcare vertical over the next several years, owning the commercial health of accounts across Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinics, healthcare networks, performance medicine practices, and integrated healthcare partners.
- • You will act as the clinical voice in high-stakes commercial settings, translating clinical workflows and patient-outcome priorities into commercial decisions and Tonal's product roadmap into language that resonates with healthcare buyers, while overseeing white-glove deployments, leading business reviews on clinical adoption and ROI, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Field Operations, Logistics, and Care Operations teams.
- • You will build, hire, and lead the healthcare-specific Customer Success team as the vertical scales, establishing SOPs, training, and career pathways to recruit and retain top clinical-commercial hybrid talent, while identifying land-and-expand opportunities, leading growth experiments around reimbursement and cash-pay models, and managing the renewal pipeline to protect recurring revenue.
🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed Physical Therapist or Doctor of Chiropractic with 5+ years of experience in healthcare, performance, or related field, including demonstrable experience in out-patient environments.
- • 5+ years leading customer success, account management, commercial operations, or clinical implementation teams.
- • Experience building systems and processes from the ground up (0→1 or early scale) in ambiguous environments.
- • Proven ability to transition from clinical practice into commercial work, with experience carrying a quota, managing a renewal book, or owning commercial outcomes for a portfolio of accounts.
- • Metric-driven operator who analyzes performance data to prove ROI to clinical partners and executive teams.
