- • Lead the US-based Cyber Resilience Team as a Senior Manager, driving strategic leadership and operational excellence in cyber resilience planning and delivery for enterprise customers.
- • Engage during the sales cycle to shape vision, support proposal scoping, and deliver world-class solutions while fostering collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Alliance teams.
- • Oversee delivery of Crisis Simulation scenarios, Cyber Skills paths, and Leadership/Technical Cyber Drills, ensuring alignment with customer readiness goals and product evolution.
- • Mentor and develop the US Advisor team through performance reviews, career growth planning, and knowledge management initiatives to transition from tribal to institutional knowledge.
- • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to translate platform insights into evidence-based resilience reporting for customers.
- • Champion a culture of continuous learning, documentation, and best practices to scale team capabilities and influence product roadmap.
- • Represent Immersive Labs’ values of Drive, Inclusivity, Customer Obsession, and One Team in all customer and internal interactions.
- • Based in a remote-first environment with access to the Boston HQ, offering flexibility and periodic travel as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role managing security practitioners or consultants.
- • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- • Deep understanding of cyber operations and security capability needs impacting organizational preparedness and responsiveness.
- • Proven ability to develop and deliver people-centric cybersecurity programs.
- • Experience leading customer relationships with complex enterprise-level organizations.
- • Willingness to travel periodically based on business and project needs.
