📋 Description
- • As Senior Manager, Data (Engineering & Analytics) at ZayZoon Inc., you will own and evolve the company’s data platform, transforming raw data into trusted insights that directly support the mission to save 10 million employees 10 billion dollars through financial wellness solutions. You will act as a player-coach, leading a high-impact data team while actively contributing to the technical execution of data infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and accessibility across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting a pragmatic vision for data infrastructure, modeling, and analytics aligned with ZayZoon’s growth objectives; building core data foundations from the ground up, including ETL pipelines, data warehouses, orchestration, and governance frameworks; establishing clear data ownership, standards, and documentation practices that enable trust without impeding speed; coaching and mentoring data engineers and analysts to foster technical excellence and accountability; and partnering closely with GTM, Product, and Finance teams to prioritize data initiatives around revenue visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling data organizations, deepen your technical mastery across the full data stack, and gain experience driving business outcomes through data-driven transformation. You will have the opportunity to shape how data is trusted and used at every level of the organization, directly influencing product strategy, operational efficiency, and customer impact while growing both your technical and people management capabilities in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with 3+ years of direct people management experience
- • Deep experience across the full data stack, including sources, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, orchestration, governance, and analytics, with a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges alongside your team
- • Proven track record of defining north star metrics and KPI frameworks, guiding teams through changes in process, governance, and tools to maintain alignment and drive adoption
