đź“‹ Description

  • • As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation at Givebutter, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the strategies that introduce our leading nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform to organizations poised to make a significant impact.
  • • This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader who thrives on driving measurable pipeline growth and is passionate about empowering changemakers.
  • • You will own the overarching demand generation strategy, encompassing paid search, paid social, and event channels, ensuring a direct and quantifiable link to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • • Your leadership will extend to building comprehensive quarterly campaign plans, meticulously aligning goals, timelines, and resource allocation with your high-performing team before execution commences.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to foster seamless collaboration with the outbound Go-To-Market (GTM) function, guaranteeing that marketing-sourced leads are not only well-qualified but also transitioned effectively for maximum conversion potential.
  • • You will act as the guardian of campaign quality, critically reviewing campaign elements, copy, targeting strategies, and performance reports to ensure they meet Givebutter's high standards before they are launched or presented to leadership.
  • • A core responsibility is owning the reporting infrastructure for the demand generation function, diligently tracking key performance indicators such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Cost Per Lead (CPL), pipeline sourced, and conversion rates across every stage of the sales funnel.
  • • You will be tasked with building and maintaining sophisticated dashboards that provide marketing leadership with crystal-clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and guiding strategic budget reallocation.
  • • Close collaboration with the content, product marketing, and sales teams will be essential to ensure that demand generation programs are robustly supported and tightly integrated with broader company objectives.
  • • You will partner closely with the RevOps team to guarantee optimal lead routing, accurate attribution tracking, and consistent CRM hygiene across all inbound marketing channels.
  • • As a credible and data-backed voice, you will advocate for strategic investments in demand generation, presenting clear rationales and demonstrating the potential ROI to secure necessary budgets.
  • • This role requires a leader who can "zoom in and out" – possessing a strategic and systems-thinking mindset while also having sufficient hands-on execution chops, particularly in paid search or marketing operations, to quickly identify and course-correct any deviations from optimal performance.
  • • You will be a champion for your team, fostering an environment of growth and high performance through demonstrated ability to develop talent, provide timely and structured feedback, and create an inclusive space where individuals can do their best work.
  • • The ideal candidate is "goal-obsessed," demonstrating a track record of relentlessly pursuing and achieving targets, taking initiative, experimenting with new approaches, and overcoming obstacles with a strong bias for action.
  • • You will embody the "tinkerer" spirit, not necessarily as a professional developer or designer, but with the confidence to dabble and build scrappy, effective solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
  • • A "customer-first" approach is paramount, starting with a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and their unique needs to craft resonant strategies for reaching and influencing them, rather than adhering dogmatically to specific tools or methodologies.
  • • You will be empowered with healthy budgets and clear metrics, enabling you to directly influence the company's growth trajectory and its mission to make the world a "butter" place.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a critical function within a mission-driven, fast-growing company that is recognized as a Great Place to Work® and a top-rated nonprofit software provider.
