- • Leads and develops a team of Product Managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital sales and service experiences for AAA members and agents across multiple distribution channels, including AAA club agency, independent agency, direct, and alternative platforms.
- • Owns execution of digital experience strategy within assigned product domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and translating enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
- • Accountable for design, build, and optimization of digital experiences that consistently meet or exceed KPIs, business outcomes, and experience standards across all channels.
- • Translates customer, agent, and market insights into prioritized product enhancements and innovation initiatives, leveraging data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- • Drives implementation of process improvements, advanced technology solutions, and digital innovations, including evaluation and adoption of AI/ML tools and analytics platforms to enhance experience quality and operational efficiency.
- • Establishes and manages domain-level performance tracking and reporting systems to ensure visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Acts as the subject matter expert on digital experience delivery practices, product capabilities, and P&C insurance industry standards, including underwriting, rating, forms, rules, coverages, and regulatory requirements (DOI).
- • Leads cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams, collaborating with State Product Managers, Actuarial, Risk Management, AAA Partner Clubs, Strategy, Marketing, Distribution, Policyholder Service and Solutions, Business Architecture, and IT.
- • Develops and presents business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial models to support strategic initiatives and secure executive buy-in.
- • Manages delivery risks, trade-offs, and dependencies, proactively identifying issues and escalating with recommended actions to leadership.
- • Implements operational frameworks and controls aligned with organizational standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all digital touchpoints.
- • Monitors domain performance metrics, analyzes trends, and escalates risks and opportunities to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
- • Communicates clearly and consistently with executive leaders and AAA club partners on delivery progress, outcomes, and strategic alignment.
- • Fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment that empowers product managers and drives high performance.
- • Champions company culture through active participation in employee resource groups, mentoring, volunteering, and cross-functional projects.
- • Demonstrates ownership mindset by thinking beyond functional boundaries and contributing to broader organizational goals.
- • Travels as needed for enterprise meetings, divisional/team gatherings, and in-person collaborations.
- • Balances competing priorities, manages execution risk, and delivers measurable business results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- • Ensures digital experience delivery aligns with underwriting, service, and expense objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- • Advocates for and applies emerging technologies and platform modernization efforts to advance digital capabilities and competitive advantage.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 8+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience
- • 3-5+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives
- • Strong knowledge of personal lines property and casualty insurance, including underwriting, rating, coverages, distribution, and DOI regulations
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes
- • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and enabling technologies
